Situated in the Sibillini Mountains National Park, this old watchtower offers stunning views of the surrounding valley. Now home to two apartments, it’s perfect for those looking to holiday together yet still enjoy some privacy. Indoors, the home shows off its history and is utterly charming, while outdoors is simply beautiful. With a private swimming pool, hot tub, and selection of both shaded and sun-kissed terraces, it’s the ideal place to take in the views – our favourite spot is the amphitheatre, perfect for evening sunsets. And for those who love hiking, you’ll find yourself at the centre of a system of paths and nature trails with walkways, viewpoints and splendid mountain vistas.

Home truths
This home is made up of two apartments. Apartment one sleeps four guests on the ground floor – there's one double bedroom, the other two guests will be on a sofa bed in the living area. Apartment two sleeps five guests across the second and third floors.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May - 31st October. The pool isn't fenced and there's an unfenced pond in the garden, so if you're travelling with children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
There's private parking and EV charging available here.
As there is no air conditioning available here, it could get a little hot during the summer.
